India has one of the densest JLPT networks outside East Asia. Each city has its own host row on jlpt.jp — Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, and more.
Sri Lanka’s JLPT city on recent official lists is Colombo, hosted by the Japanese Language Education Association of Sri Lanka.
Vietnam lists multiple JLPT cities. Hanoi often splits N1–N2 and N3–N5 across different hosts. Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang have their own host rows on jlpt.jp.
On recent official overseas tables, the United Arab Emirates JLPT city is Abu Dhabi. Do not assume Dubai until jlpt.jp lists it for your sitting.
Mainland China runs the JLPT through NEEA with a large city network (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and dozens more). Hong Kong uses a separate host. Neither uses Japan MyJLPT.

Delhi/NCR is a high-volume Indian JLPT market. The paper is global; the morning is local traffic. Register through India’s host on jlpt.jp, then treat the admit card campus as gospel.
London is the primary U.K. JLPT city. You register with the British local host listed on jlpt.jp. The exam is identical to Japan’s; the logistics are Tube schedules and campus wayfinding.
New York is the flagship U.S. JLPT city. Registration runs through the U.S. host process (AATJ / local site linked from jlpt.jp), not JEES MyJLPT. Your ticket names the building; weekend subway changes name the stress.
Singapore’s JLPT is compact and competitive. The city is easy to navigate; the hard part is getting a seat when the local registration window opens.
